About

An independent repair company. A technician you can name.

Appliance Repair Hub LLC is an independent shop. We come to houses in the East Bay and Marin County. Not a franchise, not a call center, and not a stranger from an app.

The visit is personal: we look at the machine, we tell you what it is doing and what it costs, and we do not waste the hour. We respect the house and we respect your time. A working appliance is the job. Knowing who you let in is the rest of it.

The person behind the repair

I've been working with machines since I was sixteen.

UkraineWhere it started

My career began in Ukraine, at an automotive service center, where I specialized in computer diagnostics. Over time, I moved into managing technicians, working directly with customers, and eventually running the entire operation.

Later, I took on a different kind of challenge: industrial equipment at a plastics manufacturing plant. I was responsible for setting up, commissioning, and maintaining high-pressure molding machinery. It was work that demanded precision, patience, and a thorough understanding of how complex systems operate.

Those experiences shaped the way I approach every repair today. I believe in understanding the cause of a problem, not simply addressing its symptoms. Because when it comes to complex machinery, guessing is rarely a good solution.

California, 2024A name of its own

In 2024, I moved to California and brought that experience into residential appliance repair. That same year, I founded Appliance Repair Hub.

For a while, I worked primarily as a subcontractor for other service companies. I was the technician diagnosing problems, completing repairs, and building relationships with customers, while the work was represented under someone else's business name.

As more customers began asking for me personally, I realized I wanted to build something of my own — a company where the reputation, standards, and customer experience reflected the work I was proud to stand behind. That's when I decided to focus on growing Appliance Repair Hub under its own name.

TodayAt your door

Today, when you schedule a service with Appliance Repair Hub, I'm the technician who comes to your door. I personally diagnose the issue, explain what I've found, and provide a clear repair estimate before any work begins. No unnecessary repairs, no surprises, and no pressure.

And as the company grows, one thing won't change: you'll always know who's coming to your home, and every technician representing Appliance Repair Hub will be held to the same standards of professionalism, care, and workmanship that I built this company on.

We intentionally focus on seven essential types of household appliances. It's a deliberate choice that allows me to stay specialized, work with confidence, and give every repair the attention it deserves.

For me, good service is more than getting a machine running again. It's about doing the job right, respecting your home, and earning the trust that brings you back when you need help.

The work itself is on YouTube — real machines in real houses, not a studio kitchen.

How we work in your house

A repair puts a stranger in your home for two hours. These are the parts we do not improvise, and you can check every one of them while he is there.

  1. At the door

    • The technician’s name and a two-hour window, confirmed before the visit.
    • A call twenty minutes before he arrives.
  2. While he works

    • A fresh pair of gloves for your house, opened in front of you.
    • If the floor marks — hardwood, an old soft board — the appliance comes out on sliders. Tile and concrete do not get a ceremony. Nothing is dragged.
    • The work area is photographed before an appliance is moved, so marks that were already there are on record.
    • No music in your kitchen.
  3. Before he leaves

    • You watch it run. Nothing is called fixed until you have.
  4. What stays private

    • Nothing else in your home is photographed or filmed without your word. On our videos you see a machine and a pair of hands.
    • What is in your house is not discussed outside it.
